Across its initiatives, NKSPCL has built a continuous pathway from community mobilization to skill development, entrepreneurship, and market access—transforming traditional Khasi craftsmanship into sustainable livelihoods.
Through the Syntein Cluster Project, 962+ indigenous Khasi artisans have become shareholders in a producer-owned enterprise, fostering collective growth, fair opportunities, and shared prosperity. Women and youth are empowered through skill enhancement, design innovation, toolkit support, entrepreneurship development, and market exposure.
