From the forested hills of Syntein, Mawsynram, Khasi artisans carefully select, harvest and grade mature bamboo using generations of traditional knowledge & method. The bamboo is responsibly sourced and procured, sustainably treated and meticulously prepared before being hand-woven, shaped and assembled into distinctive forms.
